Delivery
Once your order has been received, if any of the stock has sold out due to unprecedented demand, we will be in touch within the delivery time scales set out below.
All deliveries will be made to the within the following guidelines:
Mainland UK up to 14 working days
Offshore UK, Northern Ireland, Eire, and Europe up to 21 working days
Rest of the World up to 28 working days
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and all goods must be signed for. |

CHANGE KIT LAUNCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LAUNCH DAY DELIVERY APPLIES TO MAINLAND UK ONLY
Terms & Conditions: Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date we will try to ensure that such orders are delivered within 14 working days of launch. However, delivery may be delayed in the unlikely event of a courier failure.
Please Note: Cheque/Credit Card transactions will be processed prior to despatch of order.

For deliveries made to Europe and the Rest of the World, when duty is charged by customs on goods entering your country this is the customer's responsibility, unfortunately Wycombe Wanderers cannot be held responsible for these costs.
BFPO orders are all despatched within 21 working days, however delivery timescales depend on the destination of the parcel.
Please note: Credit card transactions will be processed prior to the despatch of order.

Returns Policy
Refunds and Exchange
Returns must be sent 2 weeks of receipt in an unworn / unused / unwashed and resalable condition for a full refund or exchange. We are unable to exchange or refund custom shirts, or accept responsibility if a player leaves the club or changes his squad number. Personalised shirts may only be returned if faulty, unsuitable sizes cannot be returned. Returns should be marked for the attention of: Wycombe Wanderers, Chairboys direct, Adams Park, Hillbottom Road, Sands, High Wycombe, Bucks. HP12 4HJ.
We would advise that you send any returns by special delivery, as Wycombe Wanderers cannot accept any responsibility for goods lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer. |
